A life-long Boulderite, Emily joined the dojo in Spring 2014 after a stint in bioengineering, where she and her husband created the nextgen humanoid Nathaniel (who actually walks and talks on his own now). After a couple years serving as DOJO4s Director of Operations, Emily opened up her own Certified B Corp web design shop, Apiary Studio, where she works with authors, artists, and small business owners.
